DISCUSS AN IDEA
Share your idea, challenge or opportunity. It becomes a Request for Keynex to review.
People, infrastructure, technology
and ideas do not have to exist
in isolation.
Bring us the idea, challenge or opportunity.
Together, we’ll determine what should exist.
Share your idea, challenge or opportunity. It becomes a Request for Keynex to review.
Keynex reviews your Request. If more detail is needed, you’ll receive a short question list.
Once there is enough context, Keynex accepts or declines your Request.
Keynex prepares your proposal in Quotes with scope, deliverables, price, payment terms and supporting documents.
When ready, your proposal becomes available in Quotes for review. You receive a notification.
Review the proposal in Quotes and choose to accept or decline it.
The terms in your accepted proposal determine when production, delivery and any remaining access can proceed.
If clarification is needed, answer the questions and your Request returns to review.
Your accepted proposal is linked to a Project in Keynex Project Studio. Production begins when the agreed conditions allow.
Keynex builds the agreed product. Relevant progress, decisions and communication stay connected to the project.
Once ready, the product is delivered and becomes available in Projects. Any remaining invoice follows the agreed terms.
Invoices appear in Invoices whenever the agreed terms require them — before, during or after delivery. Payment status is updated once verified.
Once required payment conditions are satisfied, remaining access restrictions are removed and the delivery lifecycle can be completed.

Questions: clarification loops back into Request Review.
Declined: a declined request closes and the customer is notified.
Delivery is not the end of the relationship. After a product goes live, Keynex remains available for support, maintenance and future extensions.
New ideas can be added later, infrastructure can evolve with the product and specialised tools can be introduced when the workflow needs them.
Keynex normally hosts the products it builds. Domains, deployment details, hosting information and product controls can be managed through the Product Portal connected to your project.
The Product Portal is available from Projects inside your Keynex account, keeping the operational side of the product connected to the work itself.
OPEN PROJECTSKeynex is normally responsible for the hosting and infrastructure behind the products it delivers. That keeps deployment, maintenance and support connected to the same environment.
If the product ever needs to move, Keynex can also support a transfer to another VPS, server or compatible hosting environment.
Accounts, databases, uploads, configuration and other persistent product data can move with the product so important user and application state is preserved during the transfer.
Product Portals can include advanced editors designed specifically around the product rather than forcing every customer into the same generic CMS or administration system.
A dedicated Editors page will provide a deeper overview of the available and custom-built tools.
Keynex can create dedicated studios for visual work, logos, assets and other specialised workflows connected to a product.
Studios can live alongside existing product editors and can also be developed specifically around a client's process, team or production requirements.
